Made for people who need a plumber right now
Urgent searches come from people with a problem in front of them, so give them a big call button and a short form. Planned work needs a different path: a quote form where they describe the job and attach photos.

Want this for your plumber business?
Show your PIRB registration and what it means
The Plumbing Industry Registration Board (PIRB) registers plumbers in categories. A Licensed Plumber can issue a PIRB Plumbing Certificate of Compliance; a Qualified Plumber can do plumbing work but cannot. Customers, landlords and estate agents ask about certificates, so say which you are.
| Licensed Plumber | Qualified Plumber | |
|---|---|---|
| Can do plumbing work | Yes | Yes |
| Can issue a PIRB Plumbing Certificate of Compliance | Yes | No |
What we put on your site
Your PIRB designation and number
With one line on what it lets you do
A Certificate of Compliance answer
A plain reply to "Do you provide a Plumbing CoC?"
A workmanship guarantee
Only if you offer one
Memberships you hold
Genuine ones only
As with any credential on a website, we only show what you supply and you should keep it current.
Get found for the plumbing jobs you want
A website and your Google Business Profile work together. One page per service, plus the structured data search engines use, helps Google match the person searching for a geyser repair in your area to the page about geyser repairs.
Local searches
Service pages matched to what people search near them
Trust in one place
Reviews, credentials and photos together
A real example: Unathi Group
Electrical, plumbing, solar and security

Unathi Group offers electrical, plumbing, solar and security services under one roof. Their challenge online was explaining that breadth without looking unfocused, so we built the site around their real differentiator: one accountable contractor across multiple trades, with a clear path to request a quote for each service.

PIRB registers plumbers in several categories. A Licensed Plumber can issue a PIRB Plumbing Certificate of Compliance; a Qualified Plumber can do plumbing work but cannot issue one. Yes, your site should say clearly which you are, so customers know what to expect.
Yes, but only if you genuinely answer it. A missed emergency call does more damage than not listing one. We show your real availability and the hours the number is answered.
Yes. The WhatsApp button and the enquiry form can prompt for a photo of the leak or the geyser, which helps you quote and decide how urgently to attend.
Yes, if you do. When a geyser bursts, many homeowners claim from their insurer and want to know straight away whether you work with insurers and assessors and can supply the report and photos they need. A short section on your geyser page that explains how you handle insurance jobs, and whether the customer should call their insurer first, saves time on the phone and wins those urgent calls.
No. Dozens of near-identical suburb pages tend to look like spam to Google and rarely help. A clear list of the suburbs and towns you genuinely cover, a strong page for each service, and a complete Google Business Profile do far more. A separate area page only makes sense if you have a real base or a lot of work in that area to talk about.
Website packages start from R9,999 for Get Online, R14,999 for Get More Leads and R19,999 for Growth Partner. These are once-off build prices in South African Rand. Hosting is free for the first month, after which a Care Plan starts at R199 per month (R2,149 per year if paid yearly). You pay a 30% deposit to start and the remaining 70% before launch. The exact price depends on the features you need, and it is confirmed in a formal proposal before you commit.
Yes. Hosting is free for the first month, then you move onto a Care Plan: Basic Care at R199 per month, Business Care at R399 per month or Custom Care at R599 per month. Paying yearly gives you 10% off (R2,149, R4,309 or R6,469 per year). Every Care Plan includes hosting; Basic Care adds a monthly security check and 3-5 small updates, and Business Care adds performance optimisation, 5-10 content changes and SEO tracking. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
A website build is paid in two parts: a 30% deposit to start the project and the remaining 70% before your website launches. The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Monthly Care Plan fees start after the free first month of hosting.
Every package comes with a second package free: the Google Setup Pack, four PDF guides emailed to you at launch. They cover how to set up your Google Business Profile, how to optimise it, how to set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics (including submitting your sitemap), and how to read your analytics and use the data. When you set up Google Analytics you send us your Measurement ID and we add it to your website for you.
It depends on the package: Get Online takes about 7 days, Get More Leads takes 7 to 21 days and Growth Partner takes 4 weeks or more. We agree a realistic timeline with you before we start.
