Yes. Hosting is free for the first month, then you move onto a Care Plan: Basic Care at R199 per month, Business Care at R399 per month or Custom Care at R599 per month. Paying yearly gives you 10% off (R2,149, R4,309 or R6,469 per year). Every Care Plan includes hosting; Basic Care adds a monthly security check and 3-5 small updates, and Business Care adds performance optimisation, 5-10 content changes and SEO tracking. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.

A website build is paid in two parts: a 30% deposit to start the project and the remaining 70% before your website launches. The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Monthly Care Plan fees start after the free first month of hosting.

Get Online includes up to 5 pages (for example Home, Services, About, Contact and one more such as a gallery). Get More Leads includes up to 10 pages, which is those pages plus a separate page for each of your main services. Growth Partner includes 10 or more pages, with the exact scope agreed in your proposal. Extra pages are quoted separately.

Yes. Every package includes copywriting: we write the text for your website from the information you give us about your business, services and area. Growth Partner includes fuller copy for every service page. Changes to the wording are covered by your 3 rounds of revisions.

You own your domain name; MR Website does not own or hold it. Once your build is paid in full, you own your website's content and design; we keep our reusable code and libraries. We host your website on Netlify as part of your Care Plan (hosting is free for the first month), and if you cancel your Care Plan we send you the finished website files so you can host it elsewhere. Hosting with us stops when the Care Plan stops.

It depends on the package: Get Online takes about 7 days, Get More Leads takes 7 to 21 days and Growth Partner takes 4 weeks or more. We agree a realistic timeline with you before we start.

Every website includes 3 rounds of revisions. You review our work, tell us what to change, and we make the changes, up to 3 times.

We work through your 3 rounds of revisions until the design fits your business. The 30% deposit is non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds after the revision rounds, so we agree the direction with you before we build and use each round to get it right.

Small changes are covered by your Care Plan: Basic Care includes 3-5 small updates and Business Care includes 5-10 content changes. If you want to edit your own text and content, the CMS Integration add-on (R1,499, once-off) lets you manage your own content.

We build every website to be fast, mobile-friendly and structured for search, with search-friendly page titles and headings, and a separate page for each service on the Get More Leads and Growth Partner packages. Every package also includes the free Google Setup Pack, which shows you how to set up your Google Business Profile, Search Console and Analytics. Nobody can honestly guarantee a Google ranking: results depend on your competition, your reviews and time, and local businesses usually see movement within weeks to months.

We work with businesses across South Africa. Websites are designed and delivered online, so you do not need to be near us, and we speak to clients by phone and WhatsApp.
